In addition to health coaching, nutrition counseling, and personal training, our clients undergo health assessments and enjoy health education from our board certified OB/GYNs. This comprehensive approach ensures you are aware of how your gynecologic health is affected by lifestyle choices.
Poor lifestyle choices increase the risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stroke, sleep apnea, arthritis, infertility, and PCOS. Women of color tend to suffer from these health issues at a much higher rate. We want to be part of the solution to these health inequities with our Trailblazer 180 Sustainable Weight and Lifestyle Management Program.
